LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY:

A. ALL PARTS INSTALLED ON YOUR VEHICLE.

1. PARTS INSTALLED WILL ONLY BE WARRANTED ACCORDING TO THE MANUFACTURED WARRANTED POLICIES AND PROCEDURES UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THIS WARRANTY BE EXTENDED OR MODIFIED.

B. LABOR.

1. LABOR WILL BE WARRANTED FOR A PERIOD OF 90 DAYS EVEN IF A LIFETIME PART HAS BEEN INSTALLED ON YOUR VEHICLE (THE PART MAY BE WARRANTED FOR LIFE BUT REPLACEMENT ISN'T).

2. LABOR USED TO REPAIR YOU VEHICLE THAT DOES NOT INCUR A PART IS WARRANTED FOR THE SAME 90 DAYS (EXCEPT ANYTHING OUTLINED IN LIMITATIONS)

LIMITATIONS:

A. THERE WILL BE NO LABOR WARRANTY ON USED PARTS (NO EXCEPTIONS).

B. THERE WILL BE NO LABOR WARRANTY ON CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PARTS.

C. THERE WILL BE NO LABOR WARRANTY ON PARTIAL OR UNSAFE REPAIRS.

D. NO LABOR WILL BE PAID TO ANY OTHER REPAIR FACILITY IF YOU DO EXPERIENCE A PROBLEM YOU MUST BRING THE VEHICLE BACK TO US.

E. THERE WILL BE NO LABOR WARRANTY IF THERE ARE INDICATIONS OF NEGLIGENCE OR ABUSE.

F. THERE WILL BE NO PROVISIONS FOR LOST TIME , RENTAL CAR , TOWING OR ANYTHING THAT MAY INCUR AS A RESULT IN PART FAILURE OR LABOR INSTALLATION.

G. DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR OF ELECTRICAL AND COMPUTER PROBLEMS ARE NOT WARRANTED.

H. THERE ARE NO PROVISIONS FOR BROKEN OR DAMAGED PARTS OR PIECES THAT INCUR TO YOUR VEHICLE DUE TO EXCESSIVE FORCE OR OTHER PROBLEMS THAT MAY OCCUR WHILE REPAIRING YOUR VEHICLE.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM:

A. CONTACT MR. T'S AUTOMOTIVE GIVING THEM THE PROBLEMS.

B. AFTER RECEIVING AUTHORIZATION BRING THE VEHICLE TO MR. T'S TO SEE IF YOUR PROBLEM IS A WARRANTY SITUATION ONCE CHECKED OUT WE WILL DETERMINE IF IT'S COVERED UNDER WARRANTY (UNTIL THIS TIME THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT THIS PROBLEM IS COVERED).

C. MR. T'S RETAINS THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO DECIDE ALL WARRANTIES
